Jarred Taylor (BPhil, BIR) is a strategic systems thinker and the architect of ChoraRisk. ChoraRisk is a private proprietary novel intelligence framework for navigating complexity, uncertainty, and collective risk. The underlying ChoraRisk intellectual property represents a paradigm shift in local, national, and international risk analysis.

With over two decades of experience spanning technology, banking, insurance, education, and the arts, Jarred’s career reflects a rare synthesis of project and risk management expertise with emergent cultural and technological fluency.

Educated in philosophy and global politics at the University of Sydney, Jarred’s early academic grounding laid the foundation for a lifelong inquiry into how systems evolve—and how decisions ripple through them. This inquiry found form through leadership roles in project and enterprise risk governance for major institutions.

Simultaneously, Jarred cultivated deep engagement in the creative and immersive tech landscape, helping artists, educators, and technologists prototype future-facing practices.

Their consultancy work and production roles with innovative grassroots organizations and Burning Man further reflect their ability to integrate emerging technologies, such as AI and VR, into meaningful human experiences. This ethos permeates ChoraRisk’s approach to intelligence design.
